Dk wen's Terms & Conditions — Everything Explained in Plain English

These terms and conditions apply to the dk wen platform and all associated services. Any individual accessing dk wen's services — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other channel — is considered bound by these terms.

Dk wen operates under an international gaming license. We provide services specifically for users in Bangladesh. Users are responsible for ensuring that accessing this type of platform is legal in their jurisdiction.

The English version of these terms and conditions shall serve as the governing document. dk wen reserves the right to update the terms at any time, and changes will take effect from the date they are published.

To open an account with dk wen, applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Members must be at least 18 years of age — no exceptions.
• All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• No individual may hold more than one account on dk wen.
• Multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or bank account are strictly prohibited.

During registration, dk wen may request a copy of your National ID or passport for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This information is kept fully secure and is never shared with third parties.

It is the member's responsibility to keep all account details — including email, phone number, and address — up to date. dk wen is not liable for any issues arising from outdated information.

Dk wen accepts deposits via Bangladesh's leading mobile banking platforms, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳50, and the maximum limit may vary depending on the payment method.

Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes. If the deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, please contact Support with your transaction reference number.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 12–24 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to your registered payment method — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Dk wen does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges — dk wen is not responsible for these.

All bets placed on dk wen are considered final, unless the following circumstances make a bet void or subject to review:

• Where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• Where a match has been postponed for more than 36 hours beyond its scheduled time.
• If the relevant sports governing body declares the match result void or invalid.
• Where evidence of match fixing has been established based on published information.

Odds in live betting change continuously. The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are the ones that apply. dk wen reserves the right to set a maximum payout limit on any bet.

Dk wen's odds are set through a transparent and automated process. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the official result from the relevant sporting authority will be considered final.

Dk wen regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms, which are listed alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only — each bonus may be claimed once.
• Welcome bonuses generally require a minimum deposit amount to be wagered.
• Cashback bonuses are credited every Monday based on the previous week's net losses.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance — wagering requirements must be met first.

Dk wen reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. However, for bonus offers already in progress, the terms in effect at the time of activation will continue to apply.

Dk wen is committed to responsible gaming. We believe betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of dependency or addiction. With that in mind, dk wen has developed a set of tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on your deposits.
• Betting Limits: Set a limit on how much you wager within a given period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from betting for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: If a long-term self-exclusion request is submitted, dk wen will suspend the account.

All dk wen members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another member's account, or allowing others to use your account.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Using dk wen for money laundering or as a channel for illegal funds.
• Deliberately exploiting any platform bug or vulnerability.
• Collecting other members' personal information or engaging in fraudulent activity.

Dk wen monitors all account activity at all times. If any suspicious activity is detected, dk wen reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account during investigation and, if necessary, notify the relevant authorities.

Dk wen reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Where clear evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Where the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting support. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before the account is closed. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of these terms, the balance may be forfeited.

If you have a dispute with dk wen, please reach out to our support team directly in the first instance. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

• In the event of a dispute over bet outcomes, the official records of the relevant sports authority will be considered final.
• Payment disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction.
• If the support team is unable to resolve an issue, a decision will be reached through a neutral mediation process.

If a user disagrees with a decision made by dk wen, they have the right to pursue legal recourse under applicable law. However, dk wen may place a hold on the account balance for the duration of the dispute.

Dk wen reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via their registered email or through a platform notification before the changes take effect.

Continued use of dk wen following any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
